a dining table designed for semi-outdoor use with a blend of frivolity and earnest. the wood, walnut, was left in unsanded condition; that is, all of the tool marks from planing the surfaces flat were left which were then highlighted by the pickling process. Because the parts are fairly massive, the whole design comes apart and can be stored or shipped flat.
